Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

There’s also an article that provides general troubleshooting steps for Office setup: General troubleshooting for installing Office 2013 and Office 365 .

You can also go to this page on Microsoft Support to find more Office 2013 install articles. Or, this page for Office 365 Home Premium articles.

If you’d rather contact support, look at this page for Office 2013 support options, and this page for Office 365 Home Premium support options.

When you buy something from a respected shop in Saudi Arabia you expect it to work first time. I purchased 2013 Home and Student and installed it. One month later I was informed by MS that my trial was running out (of a 365 download, which I never asked for). I never bought a trial, I bought a full life for ever real copy of this software. So I uninstalled the trial and re-attempted to load my REAL software, but it won't accept me as a customer of a good product.

I've have been trying to re-establishing my purchase, but to no avail. With a 25 key product code the supplier should understand who and where it was purchased.

Why am I facing these difficulties, if I promised a product I would make sure I delivered.

for and behalf of my wife,

I want a refund. I'm running a 64 bit OS and you set MS office student up for a download of 32 bit. Then when you redirect to get the 64 bit, you get this forum. I'm not uninstalling a higher grade for a lesser.
