I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    salut! et bien ça tombe bien car moi aussi je sis francophone ;)

    en fait j'ai fini par trouver une solution. j'ai dû désinstaller la version d'essai qui étit sur le pc à l'achat mais dont les droits etaient terminés. et ensuite réinstaller office , mais tout ça en désactivant l'antivirus.

    je ne parle ni n'écrit en Anglais et je ne comprend pas vos questions.Sorry

    j'ai téléphoné à Microsoft, c'est Anca qui m'a répondu, elle parle très bien le français, elle a fait plusieurs manipulations et a réussi a m'installé ofice 2013, je crois qu'elle m'a dit que c'était une histoire de taille de fichjier.

    I GOT MINE TO INSTALL!

    I had tried all of the fixes to no avail. However, I hooked my computer directly up to my cable modem (bypassing the router) and Office 365 was able to install successfully. (I had also disabled my firewall and antivirus programs)

    I am sure that at least some of those other fixes published were necessary, but I am now also sure that there are some routers that are blocking a necessary port that the install is trying to use.

    Good luck you guys, this was driving me crazy. I wasted a couple days trying to get this installed right. I hope this tip helps at least a few of you.
