Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

There’s also an article that provides general troubleshooting steps for Office setup: General troubleshooting for installing Office 2013 and Office 365 .

You can also go to this page on Microsoft Support to find more Office 2013 install articles. Or, this page for Office 365 Home Premium articles.

If you’d rather contact support, look at this page for Office 2013 support options, and this page for Office 365 Home Premium support options.

Another year and still the same problem with downloading Office to my computer. My first experience was with Office 2010 Home & Business. There are still problems with that attempt by your staff to properly install that version. It still thinks that, even though I purchased my copy, I have a trial version. Now when I try to rectify it myself it doesn't recognize my product key.

Second experience: Today I purchased a copy of Office. The Home and Student version for my wife. Guess what? Yes they cannot install that copy either. They got it partially installed and now it won't let them remove it from my system to enable them to start the install again. Am I also going to end up with a Trial Version with this new software? I long for the days when we did the installation ourselves, with disc in hand and had no problems doing so.
