Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

There’s also an article that provides general troubleshooting steps for Office setup: General troubleshooting for installing Office 2013 and Office 365 .

You can also go to this page on Microsoft Support to find more Office 2013 install articles. Or, this page for Office 365 Home Premium articles.

If you’d rather contact support, look at this page for Office 2013 support options, and this page for Office 365 Home Premium support options.

I purchased this software with hard earned money, why should I have to chase all over the place for solutions? This makes no sense. Apparently there is no fix to Office 365 crashing, not restarting and then it can't be reinstalled. I have work to do and have spent hours of my life trying to get Office to work.

If we purchased a new car and the next day it did not start how would you feel if the dealer told you to check the fuse box, if that does not work, check the transmission, if that does not work pull out the rear axle or check the tire pressure. Bet it would be the last time we bought that brand.

Pretty poor product from a once great company.

This is exactly what I am experiencing. I went into the Registry to delete the 'Microsoft Office 15' as directed but it wont allow that as it states elements of the files are shared and open.

    Please help!!
