Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

There’s also an article that provides general troubleshooting steps for Office setup: General troubleshooting for installing Office 2013 and Office 365 .

You can also go to this page on Microsoft Support to find more Office 2013 install articles. Or, this page for Office 365 Home Premium articles.

If you’d rather contact support, look at this page for Office 2013 support options, and this page for Office 365 Home Premium support options.

Hello!  I have an issue with a license of MS Visio Standard 2013 that I purchased.  Whenever I go to the My Accounts page of Office.com -- being certain to log in with the email address that I used when I bought the software -- the web page displays the message "You haven't purchased any Office products yet."

Here's another clue.  After calling in to a number of Microsoft phone support centers today, I spoke with a woman who checked my product key, and who determined that it IS valid, but it had NOT been activated and it had NOT been redeemed.  So in other words, this product key is definitely paid for, and it is floating around in Microsoft's database, but it has not been linked to My Account and therefore I cannot be activate it, redeem it, or otherwise use it.

I have the product key, the receipt, all the information necessary to prove that I legitimately purchased the software.  Which individual or department in Microsoft that I should contact with this information, so that they can take the steps necessary to link the product key to My Account?

Please advise and assist.  Thank you very much.

I installed Office 365 a week ago.  It apparently did not completely install.   It didn't work off line.  How crazy is that!  Then it said I didn't have an account and I had to re register the software.  It continues to start and then do nothing but look like it is going to let me start using an already existing file.  No luck.  So I uninstalled again, because I did have to do this several times before I was able to get it up and running the first time.  However, I cannot get it to install now.  I've uninstalled it and re installed it 6 times today.

Where do we report the customer abuse?  Does anyone know?  This is so frustrating.  Maybe a hard copy would make it easier to install.  Any ideas on how to get this nightmare resolved.  I have Windows 8.

I have this issue when trying to install Office 2013 ProPlus. I believe this is because it wants to run a full install over my Office 2010 Pro. Is there a link to download just the uprage without having to unistall my previous version?
