Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

There’s also an article that provides general troubleshooting steps for Office setup: General troubleshooting for installing Office 2013 and Office 365 .

You can also go to this page on Microsoft Support to find more Office 2013 install articles. Or, this page for Office 365 Home Premium articles.

If you’d rather contact support, look at this page for Office 2013 support options, and this page for Office 365 Home Premium support options.

    Dear Mr. Khan:

Your response is indeed very thorough and helpful. I experienced some difficulty on three different Windows implementations; each encountered different problems of the nature you outlined. Therefore, several solutions were needed, including use of Microsoft FixIt for the problems I encountered that you also mention. However, I had problems, I believe, because Microsoft uses two different portals to achieve the results that I wanted: the Home user site and the Enterprise site. The enterprise site requires  the creation of a new account ID and password, moreover. Nevertheless, although the experience was not without problems, everything seems to be in order now. Than you Mr. Khan.

    Sincerely,

    Barely-Alive

Same problem - it just says "Something went wrong" "Sorry we ran into a problem" and then directs me to this webpage for help.  This is with Windows 8.  What should I do?

I'm getting this same problem. Has anyone been able to find a solution. I've already paid for it and I want to use it. HELP!
