Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

There’s also an article that provides general troubleshooting steps for Office setup: General troubleshooting for installing Office 2013 and Office 365 .

You can also go to this page on Microsoft Support to find more Office 2013 install articles. Or, this page for Office 365 Home Premium articles.

If you’d rather contact support, look at this page for Office 2013 support options, and this page for Office 365 Home Premium support options.

I can not download the Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013, the program indicates and error stating that the program is currently loading and wait until it is finished.  I have not yet begun to down load the program.  This, once again, ii is most difficult to download the program; can you please send me a disk to that I may load the program?

I don't have time to sit and play with this method of loading the software on my computer.  Is it possible to simply send me a disk and I can load the program myself?

Having same issues!  Very Frustrating.  So much easier in my opinion to download  new programs from a disc rather than on line version.  Seems it doesn't work well either if your internet hookup is through satellite, which is my only choice where I live.

I have been trying to load this product for over a week now, have tried all sorts. I was getting the error message saying I had to have Windows 7 or above... I have Windows 8!!!

I am desperate for assistance but when I went into PC World where I purchased the item from all they said was that I would have to pay for them to even try to help and that Microsoft would charge me £1 a minute to help me through.

Very frustrated and seriously looking at changing everything to Apple if this isn't sorted soon.
