Proofing tools for Office 2010

I'm trying to find proofing tools for Office 2010 on MS site, but something is completely wrong. All the links now bring me to the Office 2013 options. Even the link "Download a Language Pack for Office 2010" on http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/language-packs/office-2013-language-options-FX102851176.aspx brings me to Office Language Pack 2013 page.

Actually I don't need the full language pack, I just need the spellchecker working for some languages (russian, estonian, some more). As I see it is possible to freely download such proofing tools for Office 2013, but they don't work with Office 2010.

What I show do and where I can them?

    Thank you Doug, I appreciate your help.  I have all these settings right.  Still, "proofing is not installed".  I don't understand why, or what I can do about that.

    Spell Check has worked perfectly for years.  It suddenly stopped working.  I am at a loss.

    I have just had a reply from Microsoft that appropriate teams are working to address this problem, but it is more complex than they initially thought. Take heart, though: MS is aware of the problem and working on it!

    Update: This is now fixed. The link to Download a Language Pack for Office 2010 now actually goes to a site to download a language pack for Office 2010. Hooray!

    My Spell Check stopped working.

    How can it possibly be NOT installed? I've been using it for years.

    Natalya,

    I think your mistaken, I just purchased the pack ($27) and you can keep the English interface and have Russian language tools working when you switch between the languages.  It looks like there is an option for changing the interface to Russian which is not what I was interested in.

    To install an additional language in Office 2010, you have to purchase a language pack from the Microsoft store: http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/productID.253665800?cdid=en-us.

    For Office 2013, you can go to the download page for Office proofing tools: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/language-packs/?CTT=5&origin=HA010354264.
