how do I cancel my office subscription?

I need to cancel my subscription to Office in order to get my Microsoft account erased

How do I do that?.. Thank you

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community and thanks for providing us an opportunity to assist you.

Cancelling the Office 365 subscription will not erase or close the Microsoft Account.

However to cancel the subscription you may sign into the My Account page on Office.com with the Microsoft account you used to register or purchase.

    To whom it may concern:

    I did not authorize this account to reactivated  nor did I authorize the withdrawl of $102.12 from my account.  Refund my monies immediately. If you need clarity,   I can be reached at 806-928-5421.

    None of the emails to the billing@microsoft.com is working.  Please send me confirmation that this account has been canceled and my monies returned to my account.
