how do I cancel my office subscription?

I need to cancel my subscription to Office in order to get my Microsoft account erased

How do I do that?.. Thank you

Hi Cristian,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community and thanks for providing us an opportunity to assist you.

Cancelling the Office 365 subscription will not erase or close the Microsoft Account.

However to cancel the subscription you may sign into the My Account page on Office.com with the Microsoft account you used to register or purchase.

My Account is giving a Something went wrong error message.

Hi Joseph,

Mention the web browser you using to cancel the Office 365 subscription?

Ensure Internet Explorer is the default Web Browser and then check.

For more information on the same, refer to the following link:

Also since you are having issues singing into the My Account page at Office.com, let us reset internet explorer and then verify the results.

We know how frustrating it is when Office does not install or work properly, so if you are willing to try a few steps we may be able to fix the problems.

So it would be very nice of you, if you provide the complete error message while working with Office 365.

Incase you still want to cancel the Office 365 subscription then you may do it online by signing into the My Account page at office.com site. For more information on the same, refer to the following link:

I go to the Payment Options screen and the only option I see is to Edit, Remove my card, or view transactions. There is no Cancel" option. Please advise.
