how do I cancel my office subscription?

I need to cancel my subscription to Office in order to get my Microsoft account erased

How do I do that?.. Thank you

Hi Cristian,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community and thanks for providing us an opportunity to assist you.

Cancelling the Office 365 subscription will not erase or close the Microsoft Account.

However to cancel the subscription you may sign into the My Account page on Office.com with the Microsoft account you used to register or purchase.

    Hi,

    My name is Waraporn Sataatikom,  I am ex-staff at Lake Green Condominium.

    Lake Green's Microsoft office program on yearly renewal expenses, I do not accepted that because I do not working at Lake Green Condominium anymore.    Please cancelled your charged on my VISA credit card.  Card number #4222-4300-3075-7564
