Hi Cristian,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community and thanks for providing us an opportunity to assist you.

Cancelling the Office 365 subscription will not erase or close the Microsoft Account.

However to cancel the subscription you may sign into the My Account page on Office.com with the Microsoft account you used to register or purchase.

http://office.microsoft.com/myaccount

To cancel or close the Microsoft account, refer to the following link and check if it helps:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/account-close-account

I hope the above information helps. If you need further assistance with the issue, you can always reply and I’ll be happy to assist you.

Thank you

Your accounting department has billed me twice for the installation of Office.  We have tried to get this corrected but your company has not cooperated.  Since this is the attitude your company has taken, I wish to cancel both of the installations for which  your company has billed me.

My e-mail account is ******@frontier.com or my phone # is <Phone number removed for PII violation>.

    Hi,

I understand your frustration, but cancellation or refund of Office 365 subscription can only be processed by Customer Service.

You may contact Microsoft by referring to the following link:

    http://commerce.microsoft.com/help

In the help page, under Getting help click on Contact Customer Support. Select a Product, Problem type and Category.  Then either click on Call Me or Start chat for more help on this issue.

    Thank you

Well, that is unexpected. Here are some other links to try

MS Account Payment Hub - cancel 365

If you want refund or cancellation information on the above page select :

    1.   Cancellation information

    2.   Cancel your Microsoft online services

    3.   select product: Office 365

    4.   Problem type: billing and Payments

    5.   category: getting a refund

    6.   This will display 3 options.

    ·    The first gets you back to this forum (bad answer).

    ·    The second gives you internet chat (quite often VERY significantly the fastest method)

    ·    the third option provides link to phone support (typically long wait times)
