The Office Picture Manager has been a very quick and easy tool to use, built into Office and readily available no matter what machine I have to use. I would rather not have to install 3rd party software to do what MS has made
easy to do in the past.
Any word on what this app is called now and where it's hidden in the Office 2013 install?
Thanks!
After finding Picture Manager GONE!!!, I was devastated. so after reading all of the other photo editing programs that are available, and there are many, and going bonkers trying to figure out all of the "those in the know" language I finally checked out
what all was being said here. A quote from Microsoft kylemit on about Nov. 12, said to check out Windows Live Gallery. So I clicked on the start program, clicked on All Programs and didn't see Windows Live, but I did see Photo Gallery, I thought how nice
just for my pictures, grin, well I clicked on Photo Gallery and low and behold it has every thing Picture Manager had, the format is a little different but it is all there. One little sneaky hint if you are looking for "resize" right click on the picture
and click "resize' before opening the picture. Check out http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/windows-essentials-help#v1h=tab2. Click on Photo Gallery.
