Office 2013 Activator Error 25004 , even after uninstall , clean boot - reinstall

Hello All ,

I have seen the article for http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2792178 and followed all steps , but still i get that error after 3-4 uninstalls and installs the key gets activated once but again on restart the computer the same product activation dialog is opened and it gives the error.

I am very frustrated please let me know what to do ?

I suspect, but cannot prove, that article is flawed. In all previous versions of Office, simply doing an uninstall will NOT prevent this error. The only thing I know of to prevent the error is a complete re-install of WINDOWS.

That's correct I did re-install of office 3-4 times .. even after having the original key. I was getting the same error.

and FINALLY !!! I had to re-install my WINDOWS

    Don't Reinstall Windows . Remove trial version Microsoft office. then delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office folder. Then install Microsoft office full version .

    so you must delete all folders called OFFICE15? because I find that folder too in C:\program files\microsoft office. do I need to delete that too?
