i keep getting this when trying to install Office 365: 'something went wrong. Office can't do that right now because your product is busy with another task. Please wait for this task to complete and try again.'  I have already completed the fix to uninstall other Office products and i have performed a clean boot, but still the same problem....  please help i'm getting desperate!

My problem is same.  Busy on another product, try later.  I went to suggested site, found the program, changed it, repaired as instruction, shut down, re-booted, and received same message.  Need help!

ME TOO!!  Having the "busy" message, have tried all the links, rebooting. Still have same problem.  First post is from 21 May - have they had their issue resolved yet??  Have started the repair but it's now been running for 1/2 hour and nothing's happening.......  HELP!!!

    All,

Let's try running Fix It to remove all traces...

    Reboot...

Make sure you have cleaned Cookies and Temporary Internet files and disable your Anti-Virus...

Reboot making sure your Anti-Virus is really disabled...

    Attempt to install again...

If these steps don't resolve your problem, please call support...
