Error while installing MS Office 13 in Window 8 "Office 15 click-to-Run" Extensinility Component"

I am trying to install MS Office 13 in my new HP computer(WIN8), I uninstalled office 365 but getting this error while trying to install 64-bit MS Office "Office 15 click-to-Run" Extensibility Component" I delete the KEYS in regedit as suggested by users in internet and partially remove the directory in Program Files, Still getting the same error. I have Window8. I am not able to delete folder completely "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15"

Help will be appreciated.

    Thank you very much for posting it. For people like you, who can actually solve the problems that Microsoft Support can't, is that people like us still manage to run a PC.

    Hope you get 4 extra hours in your life, the same I lost trying to get rid of that office 15 click rubbish, until I bumped with your post.
