Error while installing MS Office 13 in Window 8 "Office 15 click-to-Run" Extensinility Component"

I am trying to install MS Office 13 in my new HP computer(WIN8), I uninstalled office 365 but getting this error while trying to install 64-bit MS Office "Office 15 click-to-Run" Extensibility Component" I delete the KEYS in regedit as suggested by users in internet and partially remove the directory in Program Files, Still getting the same error. I have Window8. I am not able to delete folder completely "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15"

Help will be appreciated.

Worked for me, too.

It's unbelievable, incredible, reprehensible, and idiotic that MS can't build into their Office 2013 Setup program a routine to get rid of their very own **** from a previous install of the same suite!!!

With programmers this preposterously stupid and incompetent, it makes you wonder if Microsoft, itself, might, not be long for this world.

Np im happy that it helped :D Took me some time to find a easy work around from the **** that MS wanted us to do, not to mention that System ninja is just an overall good program to have as well (id say better than CCleaner in some aspects)
