Error while installing MS Office 13 in Window 8 "Office 15 click-to-Run" Extensinility Component"

I am trying to install MS Office 13 in my new HP computer(WIN8), I uninstalled office 365 but getting this error while trying to install 64-bit MS Office "Office 15 click-to-Run" Extensibility Component" I delete the KEYS in regedit as suggested by users in internet and partially remove the directory in Program Files, Still getting the same error. I have Window8. I am not able to delete folder completely "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15"

Help will be appreciated.

    When you attempt to uninstall it from System Ninja in the Apps section what is it saying? Or are you just not seeing the program?  Remember it will be titled office 15 click to run.  I think what the issue is, is that MS has office running a ghost software...im not sure why they chose this method but you sometimes need a program to go behind/through windows to fix it.

    Hi Kevin,

    I was trying to uninstall Office 15 Click-to-run but didn't got any solution. After that I have deleted Microsoft Office 13 folder from my system. Now according to your procedure I have installed System Ninja but unable to uninstall Office 15 Click-to-run. Please advise me..

    Worked for me and I agree, Microsoft seems to lose the plot when offering ultra-complex solutions to their own self-imposed problems.
