Error while installing MS Office 13 in Window 8 "Office 15 click-to-Run" Extensinility Component"

I am trying to install MS Office 13 in my new HP computer(WIN8), I uninstalled office 365 but getting this error while trying to install 64-bit MS Office "Office 15 click-to-Run" Extensibility Component" I delete the KEYS in regedit as suggested by users in internet and partially remove the directory in Program Files, Still getting the same error. I have Window8. I am not able to delete folder completely "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15"

Help will be appreciated.

    For those of you that cant uninstall Office 15 Click-to-Run Licensing Component

    do following, that worked for me :

    1. do start --> Run (or Winkey + R)
    2. type "installer" (that opens the %windir%\installer folder), make sure all files are visible in Windows (Folder Settings)
    3. add the column "Subject" (and make it at least 400 pixels wide)
    4. sort on the Subject column and scroll down until you locate the name mentioned in your error screen ("Office 15 Click-to-Run Licensing Component")
    5. right click the MSI and choose uninstall
    6. Done  :-) (could be that you need to reboot, but normally not necessary)

    I highly recommend to try some solution without that System Ninja!

    There is a fix from Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501/en

    After applying that fix, I did not get any Office 15 click-to-Run" Extensibility Component errors any more.

    Thank you so much!

    Microsoft suggested to download a bit 32 versión of language pack but then I had to reinstall Office and all....

    I deleted the Office Click and Run Extensibility Component with your suggestion and I got everything solved!!! Awesome! I have now time to go to my swimming pool instead of fighting with Windows Office language pack installation as this is now all done!!
