Does Office 365 Home Premium come with ad-free outlook.com e-mail?

I am an Office365 subscriber and it doesn't eliminate the ads from Outlook.com, but a simple ad blocker such as AdBlock Plus will hide the ads for you. The only downside is that you will lose about 2" of horizontal screen width due to the blocked ads.

As for signing up- Microsoft doesn't even allow it. They advertise it, but it is impossible to sign up. I have tried contacting customer service about this and they don't have a clue and their responses are as useless as the ones you see from them above. I wouldn't doubt if their "customer service" is some algorithm that just replies based on what keywords appear in your question.

Anyways, just use an ad-blocker. Outlook.com is a great service, but Microsoft is effectively disconnected from their customer service. The lights are on but not one is home.

Yes, I've done that, and that works just fine.

Also, I should update my previous post and say that since that day I have not had a single issue with exceeding daily message limits.

Oddly, I had already verified and done all the other multiple-layer security theater steps the day before I had the message limit problem. However, it appears that it required longer than I expected for the limit to be lifted.

I advise patience to new account holders. Definitely verify your account and all that, then be patient for a couple of days until the limit is lifted.

At least that was my experience. I wouldn't dream of speaking for Microsoft, and can't guarantee those results for others.

In any case, I too have an Office 365 Home Premium (5-user account subscription) and I get ads too on both the new Outlook Mail (on one associated user account with my subscription has been upgraded to Outlook Mail) and my other accounts still have the old Outlook.com which also has ads on the side.

Office whether lifetime license or subscription license does not include any mail account, you simply add the mail account you use

If we are paying a subscription to Office 365, we should not be seeing ads in outlook.com.
