Does Office 365 Home Premium come with ad-free outlook.com e-mail?

I believe MeOh Yeah answered that question in the response of May 4, 2014.

The Adblocker works great, thank you very much. So as they say, a need can be satisfied in many ways. 

Alright, now how do we fix the issue with the Indian outsourcing, or should i say the perception. I manage a big group of highly trained quality conscious Indian team who have won International awards. Needless to say, all apples are not the same.

I found this thread after trying through Microsoft support to find an answer to the same question - three chat sessions; four different call-centre services - NOBODY seems to have a clear answer - largely, it seems, because they totally fail to understand the issue.

I receive ads in outlook.com ONLY SINCE I started an Office365 subscription - I never did before. I try in outlook.com to upgrade to ad-free only to be told "sorry, this service is already active with your Office 365 Home subscription"... and around we go again....

Great reply.. and thanks.  I use MSOutlook 2011 on my Macbook.  I quite like it, though it is open to hacks.  I once clicked on a link that opened my outlook and erased all of my email and contacts and wiped my archives.  Fortunately, I also use Apple's "Mail" and another great app called "AirMail".  It promises to take over.  Very fast and useful app.

Microsoft long ago lost its ability to respond to the market.  Just like Bill wanting to control the population with the use of vaccines, Microsoft appears to suffer the illusion that it can control the market with its offerings.  They just don't get it.  The new Office 365 interface sucks!  My organization opted for it, but 3/4 of the 500 users gave up Outlook and moved to gmail because the interface is so poor. 

First off, the interface is designed by children with perfect eyesight, so they think that its cool to use grey on white for text.  You no longer get a nice solid black on white.  This is ok if you are 20, but no good for people who are over 40.    Try using the program for a half day and you'll wonder why you feel so aggressive and angry.  Yup. It's the MS interface designed for kids.   

You can't get the message to anyone who cares either.  Try support and you end up in India, where they just follow a script.  Sadly, MS will have to crash before it realizes what's going on.  Too bad really.

MS Outlook isn't open to hacks, your system is, in any case you mean a virus/malware infection.

And being older than you, and needing glasses, I personally have no trouble with the OL interface.

Personally I find Gmail clunky and wouldn't rely on that in any business environment, too may peoples have lost their mail, when Gmail arbitrarily decided they were breaching the T&C's
