Does Office 365 Home Premium come with ad-free outlook.com e-mail?

Does an Office 365 Home Premium subscription come with ad-free outlook.com e-mail, or would I still need to pay an additional $20/year?

    Then can you explain why when you click 'upgrade' for outlook.com one of the options IS in fact office 365?  Also during the upgrade experience if you click the "learn more about outlook.com and office 365" it takes you to this page:  https://w2.outlook.com/l/upsell?WT.mc\_id=PROD\_OL-Web\_InApp\_AdBarBlock\_Premium&ep=1%3ApegiaGBRFPU%3D%3AFDbWwP7AyLwFEh0Q7R69QocpesKZx8PMVcI%2BGgcdn%2FDc1i3hnxOZ6eAUBdbmu5Po#email-section

    Which has this on it  "Remove banner ads from your inbox so you can enjoy distraction-free emailing." So to me your **** remark is no better then the outsource guy.

    Seeing as when you go to upgrade outlook.com it gives you the option to select office 365 and when you click learn more it says "Remove banner ads from your inbox so you can enjoy distraction-free emailing." about 'outlook.com and office 365' I would say we are supposed to have ad free outlook.com

    The answer provided by the MS Tech is typical of the worthless replies we now get from Microsoft Tech Support. Instead of offering a straight forward answer we are referred to a link which has nothing to do with the question. The question is "Why am I getting advertisements on my paid Office 365 account and how do I stop them." If this question is not clear enough I will be happy to reduce it to one syllable words.     What email application are you using?

    If your version of Office 365 is one that includes the Outlook email application, that application does not display ads.
