Does Office 365 Home Premium come with ad-free outlook.com e-mail?

I'm in the same situation.

I'm going to cancel my subscription at the end of this contract.

It tells me on one webpage that it is included and I've been a paying customer for years and never have had the benefit of it..

And to think when you install Windows now, its tied to your Microsoft Account too.

Fleece many customers much Microsoft.?

Advertise products but then fail to deliver on them for the agreed price? And even charge more for something that should have been included to begin with?

I fail wholeheartedly fail to see the logic in this one...

Hey ho, no loss. It's obvious they have some form of preconception and hatred of me and my money, so unfortunately I will have to seek out an email provider elsewhere.

I think this is the upto date answer to your question: Yes, you need to pay for ad free Outlook.com webmail.

And to all the people whinging about not getting ad free webmail when they pay for Office 365: maybe the deal is that the whole world gets Outlook.com webmail for free.... and then if you subscribe to Office 365 you get ad free outlook in an app for your desktop/laptop + tablet + phone...... so please stop whingeing about seeing adverts when you go and use the 'free to the world webmail'!

UPDATE: there is actually a free webmail and cloud productivity service that has minimal / no adverts. Try Apple's iCloud for size.

I also paid for an Office 365 subscription but ads appear in my outlook account. In addition, the spam filtering has stopped working properly recently so I get a lot of spam in my inbox. I am in the process of switching over to Zoho which has a free, personal, ad-free email account. When a company is unresponsive to customers, they eventually will lose business.

I came here with the same question because it seems obvious that if I am subscribing to 365 then I should be getting ad-free outlook.com.  I am not and apparently that is the way MS designed it.  I use a script blocker so I don't see the ads but it would be nice to have the space the ad takes AND it almost feels like injustice seeing the 'hey pay up and you won't see ads!' when I already have paid up and continue to pay up.
