Does Office 365 Home Premium come with ad-free outlook.com e-mail?

if this is true, then the advertising on the page for ad free email is not true. Says you either have Premium or Office 365 Home. I have 365Home and still have ads

Thanks for a very clear and straightforward answer. I've been paying for Office 365 Home Premium since it started and have learned to ignore the ads. I also understood that once we subscribed there would be no ads on our Office 365 Outlook.

In my earlier post I vented about the relative incompetence of the MS Support. About a month ago I was in a Microsoft Store looking at a new mobile phone with my wife. I had about two hours to talk with the employees so I was sharing my concerns about the MS support and the number of buggy updates that have cost me hours of recovery time. One of the techs stated " MS did away with one final level of QA earlier this year and we've had a lot of customers with issues since then." This confirmed my suspicions. I have been closely involved with the computing field since 1968. I've owned a systems house where we provided support for the multitude of commercial applications we developed. I know good customer support from both sides of the equation so I am confident when I criticize a vendor. I've had an MS Assure Member Account for several years. Initially the support was great. The techs would listen to the issue and work through it with me. Then more of the support went overseas and the entire picture changed. The techs don't listen, are not well trained and have created major problems for me by making changes that made the problems worse. I am seriously considering changing vendors but it will be a big investment in capital equipment and training, not to mention the cost of lost productivity.

Answer : No

Could have swore that it did, but no, no it doesnt. Sad really, my microsoft developer account cost me less for life than a year of not being advertised at in my outlook.com

I use an adblocker now.

Problem solved. And at the end of my subscription, Ive got auto renew off.

Im not sure the rental thing is for me. I might leave Office 365 and go back to Office 2012, as that does all I need anyway.

The only way to address that is to leave Feedback for Microsoft to allow Office 365 Home users to have an ad free Outlook.com. Have you done that yet?

I too subscribe to Office365 Home, but I avoid the ads as I have stated already.
