Does an Office 365 Home Premium subscription come with ad-free outlook.com e-mail, or would I still need to pay an additional $20/year?

I received a notice from Microsoft today that my add free version of Outlook.com has been canceled. The email does not say why or who canceled it. Addtionally, no option is provided to keep my Outlook.com ad free.

If we are paying a subscription to Office 365, we should not be seeing ads in outlook.com.

Office whether lifetime license or subscription license does not include any mail account, you simply add the mail account you use
