My recently I purchased Microsoft office and downloaded and installed it on my computer. Then my computer crashed, I had to reset it, and thus I lost all of my microsoft office products. Is there anyway for me to get them back or do I need to buy them again?

Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

As per the issue description, you lost Office 2013 application due to system crash.

Let me help you with the reinstallation of Office 2013.

From where did you purchase Office 2013?

You may sign in to www.office.com/myaccount and check if it displays the Office in the account page.

If it displays the account information you can download Office 2013 using link below and check if you are able to download, install and activate Office 2013:

https://officesetup.getmicrosoftkey.com/

I hope the above steps help. If you need further assistance on this particular issue or any other Office related issues let us know and we will be glad to assist you.

Thank you.

I bought Office 13 through HUP.  I emailed the product key to myself so I would not lose it.   My computer crashed and I can't install the office to pull up the outlook email.  I also bought a backup dvd but there is no code with it.

Why on earth didn't you keep a backup copy of the key away from your computer? Now you know why you should.

If you have any of the proof of purchase, go back to the HUP site and check with support. If you have no proof, you are out of luck.

I have had this happen to and now the email that we used to get an account is not one we have anymore, so sending info to that email won't work for us because we can't get to it.  Now what?

    Thanks,Yvonne

Have you tried logging in to www.office.com/myaccount with that (old) email address?
