Computer crashed, lost microsoft office..

My recently I purchased Microsoft office and downloaded and installed it on my computer. Then my computer crashed, I had to reset it, and thus I lost all of my microsoft office products. Is there anyway for me to get them back or do I need to buy them again?

From where did you purchase Office 2013?

You may sign in to www.office.com/myaccount and check if it displays the Office in the account page.

If it displays the account information you can download Office 2013 using link below and check if you are able to download, install and activate Office 2013:

    my mycrosoft is working fine  it was a page that said MODEM  then asked for a userbame and pw said acct not private

    I had a 2010 and it crashed. I bought a new computer and can not set up Microsoft 2010

    What can I do? Are there links to re-install for 2010?
