Computer crashed, lost microsoft office..

My recently I purchased Microsoft office and downloaded and installed it on my computer. Then my computer crashed, I had to reset it, and thus I lost all of my microsoft office products. Is there anyway for me to get them back or do I need to buy them again?

From where did you purchase Office 2013?

You may sign in to www.office.com/myaccount and check if it displays the Office in the account page.

If it displays the account information you can download Office 2013 using link below and check if you are able to download, install and activate Office 2013:

    I also lost Microsoft office when my computer crashed and i need it for school work. And I don't have a back up of my key. I tried doing what you said but it says i need to purchase it again? Please help! thank you.

    Yes, it won't let me do anything because it thinks I'm a hacker.  It wants to verify my account by sending a code number but it goes to the dead email address that I can't get to. That's all the further I get.

    Have you tried logging in to www.office.com/myaccount with that (old) email address?

    I have had this happen to and now the email that we used to get an account is not one we have anymore, so sending info to that email won't work for us because we can't get to it.  Now what?
