Computer crashed, lost microsoft office..

My recently I purchased Microsoft office and downloaded and installed it on my computer. Then my computer crashed, I had to reset it, and thus I lost all of my microsoft office products. Is there anyway for me to get them back or do I need to buy them again?

From where did you purchase Office 2013?

You may sign in to www.office.com/myaccount and check if it displays the Office in the account page.

If it displays the account information you can download Office 2013 using link below and check if you are able to download, install and activate Office 2013:

    I have very bad experience with this Microsoft. So I am requesting you to refund my money back and stop deducing amount from my account.  You're service and support  is very bad .

    You always deduct amount from my account but you did not active ms office.  So we are requesting you plz refund my amount . Because  I am not satisfy from your support and service. Prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciated by us.
