From here you can cancel the free month Trial.
Please remember that, after you cancel, your Office 365 client will become unusable.

I have been trying to cancel my 30 day free trial of Office 365. I see no where I can do this, plus all the examples on how to do it DO NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
