I don't know how to cancel the free month trial before microsoft charge 9.99 a month to my card

In order to cancel your Trial, you need to go to http://office.com/myaccount
From here you can cancel the free month Trial.
Please remember that, after you cancel, your Office 365 client will become unusable.
I clicked on the link above and it told me that there was no Microsoft on my account, and I am highly confused because I have the trial and it is hooked up to my credit card. If I get charged for this I am going to be very angry with Microsoft..
I am also having billing issues. The company that is providing customer service in the Phillipines is clueless.
First let me say that it would have been helpful to know from the very beginning the 365 would not be compatible with my current operating system (Vista). I canceled my subscription right after I tried to download the program which was unsuccessful due to my operating system being "too old", Vista too old? Really? Anyways, it did not load all the way, so I cancelled the subscription, but it turns out it never did cancel until I got an e-mail telling me they were going to charge my account. WTH, I thought I cancelled the subscription? Shame on you Microsoft! Thanks to your greed I've discovered other less expensive avenues.
When I sign in to my account to cancel my trial period of subscription I get as far as the drop down menu where I can choose Office 365 and it says "tell us about the problem you need help with" but there is no box or way to write the message. It is not at all clear how I can cancel my subscription or close my account. It goes into a loop. I simply want to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION as since I started the trial it's completely messed up my system which worked perfectly well before.
I only wanted to get Publisher which isn't in my relatively new 2010 suite, although I had it before.
So HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND AVOID BEING CHARGED? We've already uninstalled the free trial.
