How to change the theme of Office 2013

I'd like to see a shareware version of this, to give the coders some incentive.

Something easy to use for the end-user and easy to patch when MS changes the location of the colors.

Right now, I depend on https://justgetflux.com/  to keep my monitor color permanently less blue, to reduce the eyestrain.   It's that, or wear amber sunglasses when using my computer.

Thank you for the feedback on Office’s new look. We are actively collecting, sorting and reading through feedback on Office 2013’s design and User Experience. As the audience for Office 2013 grows, we are being mindful of patterns and pain points that emerge from user feedback. While we do not have any additional Themes planned at this time, it is an issue we are watching very closely.

It has been more than 3 years since users reported how poor the theme collection on Office 2013 is. It is 2016 now, and I installed Office 2013 and to my dismay, I STILL see only those three theme colors - white, light gray and dark gray. Sadly for me, I cannot go back to Office 2010 due to Corporate standards. Haven't you collected more than enough feedback by now to address this and bring more theme colors? I mean, how hard is that really?

Yep....over 3 years and actually closer to 4 years that they have been stating "we are actively collecting.....etc.".  My wife has macular degeneration and it hurts her eyes on any of the 3 lightweight themes she tries.  Under 2010 she was able to affect a much more contrasty look and even tweaked the overall font size to make it easier for her to read.  Not so with 2013.

Shame on Microsoft for obviously ignoring this major audience that has been requesting some minor changes and shame on using the same excuse for over 3 years.

When will Microsoft fix the theme options as current options STINK!   I am asking my company if I can roll back to 2010 as 2013 is not readable, I get headaches and eye strain.  Very poor effort by Microsoft.
