How to change the theme of Office 2013

For your info.... I write user support documentation for an IT Department for a government organization that employs 6,000 people.  We are just now getting ready to deploy Office 2013, and I installed it yesterday so I could write about the changes from Office 2010 to 2013.  One of the best features about OneNote is the soft color hightlights, (not the dark colors as in Word) and also the use of other options to add color with the Quick steps, pencils etc., and of course the ability to organize the "colored" tabs. I believe the Color tabs in OneNote is the main reason it's become so popular. Easy to colorcode. The color ribbens with color contrast helps the users to find what they need quickly and helps them be more efficient when creating a document.  The gray is ok for an option for a background, but offering 3 to 5 more soft colors with colors icons in the ribben helps users to find what they need quickly.  

Microsoft has the majority of customers of the business world.  Think before you take away useful tools, change is only good if it helps the user be more efficient at there job, and gives them a small joyful moment throughout the day while having to sit and stare at a boring gray computer screen all day. Give them a break and make things a little brighter and fun without slacking on efficiency and production.

I'm replying to a Dec 2012 post, with the same request that was made back then... Is there an improved theme selection for Office 2013??

Thank you for the feedback on Office’s new look. We are actively collecting, sorting and reading through feedback on Office 2013’s design and User Experience. As the audience for Office 2013 grows, we are being mindful of patterns and pain points that emerge from user feedback. While we do not have any additional Themes planned at this time, it is an issue we are watching very closely.

In 2012, you responded saying that you're collecting and reading feedback, and yet with the countless number of users complaining about the so-called "Dark Gray" theme not being dark at all, nothing has been done?  I just upgraded to 2013, now in 2015, 2 years after your reply, and NOTHING has been done to fix this.  I'm looking at this "Dark Gray" theme, and it's almost blinding with so much white or light gray.  Please look at the design again, and add a choice that is truly "Dark" (try dictionary.com if your staff doesn't understand the meaning of the word), or better yet, give users the options to choose their own colors... and don't say that something will be done if I upgrade again to 2016.  Fix the software you already have.
