How to change the theme of Office 2013

When are you going to give us back the black 2010 theme???????? I cannot even begin to express how disappointed I am with Microsoft. I Have even resorted to using the black theme on my Touchdown/Nitrodesk Android client, Android cell phone to manage my email because I absolute cannot stand looking at the horrible themes on my Office 2013 laptop. This is completely and utterly ridiculous!!!!!!!!! WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT????????? It is your problem!!!!!!!!!! When?????????

My next step is to permanently convert to Apple!

I have already decided  to never own another Microsoft OS cell phone. My Samsung Galaxy Note II/Android is amazing compared to the Microsoft OS cell phones I struggled with for the last 10 years.

How many customers can you afford to lose? You better start tuning in to your customers requests or you might as well begin planning to face your demise!

Are you getting it yet? You seem to be pretty slow on the uptake!

Would be so simple to create a skin and make it look better.  I'm susprises there is not ANY 3rd-party app or skin to do so.

Found a couple, but I would not trust them. I am waiting for more reputable companies.

I want to enable (Error message when you try to save a document in Word 2010: "Word cannot save this file because it is already open elsewhere")when the document is opened by another user.

This document is shared between 12 users through Skydrive. I want only one user to edit the document at a time.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to post your displeasure with the lack of options to change the colors in Office 2013.  I almost purchased a subscription to MS Office 2013 tonight thinking that the lack of color options available, and the inability to get rid of the glaringly white background, was due to the fact that I was using a preview copy.  I concur with everything that all of you have stated.  I too have spent many years looking at a computer screen, everyday, sometimes all day for both work and school.  The first thing I always did with every new version, or new computer, was to adjust the color scheme.  Especially the background for documents and viewing windows.  I always added a slight tinge of yellow and never had a problems with my eyes getting tired.  I can hardly to stand to work in Office 2013 for more then a few minutes at a time.  My eyes start to burn almost immediately, and I am forced to go back to my old computer and work.  This is definitely a productivity killer.  I am so disappointed, and I am hoping that I will be able to run Office 2010 on my Windows 8 machine.  Also, why were such cold colors use?
