You can change the theme in Office by clicking File > Account page in any Office product with the exception of Outlook. In Outlook, Click File > Office Account to change the theme.

There are three themes available in Office 2013:

White - Default

Light Gray

Dark Gray

Like others I am rolling back to 2010 within the first day of use. Please add additional DARKER themes as the current light themes are very difficult to deal with.

Wow, these themes are as awful as everyone states.  It hurts my eyes to the point I can't use the product.

I'm not entirely sure how something so basic, something that received so much prior feedback, could be released like this.

    Oh well, back to StarOffice.

What's even worse (Microsoft please take note), the icons for the quick access tool bar are very hard to see and have no color in them. What idiot designed this UI? Seriously MS, you don't even bother to do any group surveying before releasing this disaster of a product!

Please post a screen shot.  I do not see that option.
