I am testing Excel 2010 on a few Windows 7 pc. 2 of them somethings get the following error after saving a file. Click ok and then it appears after 10 seconds. It just keep going on until I kill the excel process. Please assist.

You could try choosing File, Options, Advanced, and under General check Ignore other applications that use DDE.

Easy solustion - try restart your computer , and then it will let you know that the excel is still running. then you push on the CANCEL button , and surprise - the excel is not stuck anymore.
I had this problem consistently when my PC insisted that I upgrade to adobe 10 .. then all my excell functions were giving me the OLE error described above. I uninstalled 10 and reinstalled the later version and it all works fine. Has to have something to do with an upgrade of some sort you have had recently.
Service pack 1 does not fix the issue. I installed upon release and I just got this error today.
