Getting the error: Microsoft Access can't find the wizard. etc...

Occurs when: Using the Import from Excel feature

I have checked the Add/Remove Features and Access is completely installed, not sure what is missing?

Sorry Gina, it was a customer that called into Microsoft technical support, not an issue addressed on the forums.

Not sure that has to with it, just rying to gather as much information as possible as the more information it might give a clue as to what is happening... but what version did you have before?

Well, I did do an upgrade to Office 2010.  I work for GE and it is a test group so far.  It removed Access 2010 during the install.  I reinstalled Access, but honestly, I don't think I tried the wizard since then.  Maybe that had something to do with it?

    Stetter,

I know you have it working now but a question...  Do you recall if perhaps you installed an update or a new program prior to the wizards issue?
