I was just using it, then I went to re-open for my daughter and a box appears saying microsoft word starter cannot be opened. Try again or repair the product in control panel. Well i went to control panel under programs chose the program and clicked change, it still didnt work. Does anyone know whats going on? and or how i can get it to work?

I am having exactly the same problem. Whenever I try to open a file I get notification that Microsoft word cannot be opened. Try again and repair product on control panel. Then this afternoon everything worked and it looked great but now when I try to retrieve a file I get the notification that Microsoft word cannot be opened. I followed the steps outlined and then it asks me to check my internet connection. Although I like some of the upgrades I am beginning to want to go back to my original format.
I still haven't been able to open files and cannot open the drop box files. This is very frustrating. How come it works one time and doesn't the next??
