I was just using it, then I went to re-open for my daughter and a box appears saying microsoft word starter cannot be opened. Try again or repair the product in control panel. Well i went to control panel under programs chose the program and clicked change, it still didnt work. Does anyone know whats going on? and or how i can get it to work?

I tried this but it comes up with a message saying that I need to be connected to the internet for it to repair. However, I am clearly already connected seeing as I am able to read and reply to this post. What do I do?
