Everytime I try to open office 2007, it keeps re-installing the software and takes a good while before it opens.
This happens for all programs in the suite; excel, word...etc. I am using Vista, can anyone please help?

no - 4 months later and multiple attampts at different solutions still no joy. I am contemplating a change to Windows 7 to see if that gets rid of it some how, but as the problems is (my guess) with Office install routines I am not convinced.

I was reading the forums and I was wondering are you still having the problem with office 2007 as I had this problem and I found a fix, if you need it contact me.
