You're right, I do that too.
I notice, in Word, we have to Select Recipients, or else the Address Block and Find Recipients are grayed out on the ribbon. It's okay, I'll work with "the nature of the beast".
Too bad Microsoft split Outlook away from Word and got all fancy pants, ribbons and all. I'm not about to drop over $200 to buy the 2013 edition of Word, just to see if it will work with Outlook 2013! |:o}
For now, I have saved my favorite sized envelopes in "My Data Sources" shortcut with an Outlook Data Base Recipient in the <<AddressBlock>> already . I open them from there, Word pops up, the data base macro to Find Recipients in Outlook runs, and I select
recipients from Outlook and print one at a time.
How lucky are those who have a simple working little address book, like we used to have in Office 97!
