In March or April 2010, I purchased Office Home and Student 2010, online. I have the product key. I do not have a CD.
In October, the hard drive on the computer containing the software failed. Now, with a new hard drive installed, I need to re-download the software. I have searched the site extensively and have not found information about how to do this.
Please provide detailed information about how to download the software. Answers to an earlier question included a URL to a site for the trial version of software. When I clicked on the link, however, I was redirected to a page for purchasing full versions of the software.

What is the default browser in use?
You may delete all the browsing history, cache and the temp files from the browser and check if you are able to download and install Office Home and Student 2010.
You may start the computer in clean boot mode, this would disable all the non-Microsoft applications and the antivirus which could be one of the reason for the error.

The link which you have provided in the above post is the only link which is available for Office Home and Student 2010 download.
Without the product key you would not be able to install Office Home and Student 2010 on the computer.

Did you purchase a tradition retail copy of Office Home and Student 2010?
If yes, you can uninstall Office Home and Student 2010 from one computer to install it on another.
To uninstall Office 2010 suite from the computer you may run the ‘fix it’ tool from the article below this will remove all the installed components of Office 2010 from the computer. Once the uninstallation is completed you may reinstall Office 2010 using the installation source file and the product key.
