Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to copy a page from one 2007 publisher document (with all the txt boxes, pictures and formatting) and add that page into another 2007 publisher document?

Thanks to all who reply,

Ismael

Wow, what an entirely unsatisfying answer!

Why doesn't publisher 2010 allow you to just copy an entire page or several pages or better yet, import the pages from another document the same way that you can import slides from one powerpoint to another. The idea that you have to create new pages and then copy each of the elements (and I know you can copy them all at once) and then paste them sound incredibly inefficient and unelegant, especially if what you're saying is that doing so won't transfer the photos.

It does allow you to copy and paste an entire page. If you Select All or Ctrl + A and then Group all those elements together before you copy, then everything on the page, pictures etc will copied at once. You can then paste the whole page, move it around as needed and ungroup it.

I have a hard time relating to the poster that complained about having to do this 20 times for 20 pages. The whole process takes probably less than 15 seconds for each page. That poster could have completed the job far faster than it took to post his complaint in this forum.

Furthermore, when using the method of copying and pasting -- for some reason, Publisher 2010 changes a lot of my font sizes and linespacing -- forcing me to reformat everything.

Did you try any of the above ideas? Opening the Office clipboard in both publications might help. Edit menu in Publisher 2003, Home tab in 2010.

Select all (Ctrl+a) then grouping the objects in the 2003 file before you drag it over to 2010 will help.
