Transfer license to a new computer

Hello all,

I just purchased a new computer and want to transfer my Microsoft Office license to the new computer. How do I do that? Can someone send me step-by-step instructions?

The activation process keeps track of number of times you have used a product key. If this is your 4th installation you may get message saying you can't use this product key. Make sure you uninstall from one of the other machines. If it won't allow you to activate, you will have to do a phone activation and tell the service rep that you have uninstalled from one of the previous machines.

    My laptop Asus Transformer Book just unable to start, and the technician told me that the motherboard is damaged, and it is very costly and not worth replacing. So the question of uninstalling and then reinstall the Ms Office (Home & Student 2013) is out of question.  

    Now what can I do to reinstall it on my new laptop as I have the product key.

    I am trying to use my work Microsoft Office account but it keeps asking me for a product key we don't use keys anymore so what do I do? Should I uninstall it then reinstall it and try using the same process again?
