What happened to all the clip art?

Office used to have a great selection of clip art.  I relied on it for teaching and it seems the offerings have seriously shrunk.  I used a series with the keyword 'teen' for my students worksheets and now they are no longer in the menu!  In fact, nothing comes up at all with this keyword anymore.  What's up!?!

If I type teen in WORD I get loads back.

Try the following (I am working in WORD):-

Insert tab / Illustrations group / click on Clip Art and the Clip Art Task Pane should launch on the right hand side.

In the Search for: box type:-

teen

Make sure that Search in: is set to:-

All collections

Make sure that Results should be: is set to:-

All media file types

Hit Go

Now you should get plenty of Clip Art back.

    Install your old version of Office. I believe there is a sequence that must be followed for multiple versions, ie., 2003, 2007, 2010, etc.

    Microsoft doesn't create or own most of the clipart in Office; they license it from third parties. I guess sometimes they can't get a good enough licensing deal, or the owner doesn't offer the same art any more.

    You could try using Google's image search to look for the art you want, but you'll probably have to pay to license it for your own use.

    I know the ones you mean - very colourful and clear, great for teaching resources. I would also like these ones back. Any ideas how we go about getting them back. Style 1253 is similar but not quite as good

    My issue is that the clipart that used to be there is now gone.  I used to use specific clipart in my Microsoft Applications course that I wanted students to modify.  Now it is no longer in the clipart gallery (either on-line or installed).  I can't seem to find  a lot of the clipart that I used to use.  This makes me angry.  I now have to redo a lot of lesson plans. 

    Where did all these images go?
