How do you report a product bug to Microsoft?

I've discovered a couple of bugs with Excel Conditional formatting that have been confirmed by others, but other than people knowing people (who know people) who work at Microsoft there doesn't seem to be any forum, website, email address etc. for John Q. Public to report issues with a product. I'm not talking about complaining about missing features etc., I'm talking about "broken" features.

Anybody insights?

    I'm a bit flabbergasted! Here millions of people are paying for a subscription service and Microsoft has no formal feedback mechanism for reporting bugs? Really?

    In the web publishing wizard on excel (win 8) hidden columns appear as unhidden when published. This was not the case as of 2010, but since then the sheets are all open. 

    Example: This is an NCAA Pool in which calcultions are done in hidden columns. When published using the web wizard, the columns open up:

    I'd love to know if this is ever addressed.

    Here are two features: (Not bugs of course)

    When you hide column A in an excel sheet, Selects the entire sheet, copy, paste into notepad, you will get all data on one line since ther are no linebreaks in the clipboard data.

    Using national setting with decimal comma, excel setting decimal point.

    When you select some cells with percent format and creates a bar or line chart, the Y-axis is wrong becuse of a strange format setting for the numbers on the Y-axis.

    This is a good website and covers a lot of products, however it doesn't include, and it looks like it never did, any version of OFFICE, which is surprising considering it is one of Microsoft's flagship products.

    Where does someone report OFFICE bugs?
