    I BOUGHT MY TOSHIBA SATELLITE C655-S5049 AUGUST 2009 MY PRODUCT KEY SHOWS INVALID I CANT ACCESS NO PICTURES I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THE PICTURES EXSIST ANYMORE CAN YOU HELP ME ACTIVATE MY OFFICE 2007 PLEASE

    Not being able to use Office on your PC shouldn't impede your ability to access image files on your PC.  Image files can be opened by any number of applications.  One that I use and find excellent is IrfanView.  http://irfanview.com/.  It is free.

    If you tell us specifically why you believe you need Office to access your image files, we may be able to be more specific in telling you how to access them without Office.

    it says im not eligible for a free download. its not the original product key because my original product key is bad. i have to do it manually and my mothers netbook wont recognize an external drive so please help.

    Your mother's netbook should be able to handle a USB thumb drive, unless there's something wrong with the netbook.  Use a thumb drive.
