IMAP is not allowing the email to flow from Spectrum.net to Outlook on my iphone since Spectrum eliminated the webmail portal this past week.

Same issue here. They told me Outlook changed things and for now we have to log in directly to Spectrum. Weird thing is my husband's still works on his side of the computer
i have checked my spectrum account settings and nothing has changed except the fact that i have not received email from spectrum to my outlook account since Feb 9 2025 Please help fix this.
Same issue for me - stopped working early February for one IMAP account, and now seems to have disabled my other IMAP account. Chatting Spectrum yielded the same response many here received - they suggested I use their webmail only and IMAP is no longer supported. I find that hard to believe, but I'm definitely looking to disassociate my accounts with any ISP email addresses go-forward - should have done it a LONG time ago...
Spectrum's web interface is ungodly slow...basically unusable. Sure hope this gets fixed soon, but if not, I'll be monitoring emails on their web application until I can complete the switchover!
I have the same issues, whether Spectrum or Microsoft. After 3 days to trying all recommended options and checking accurate numbers and password, spectrum email still does not work now on our PC with "new" 0utlook. It worked fine on Mail and old Outlook.
Got a call from my parents last week who are having the same issue with Spectrum/Outlook. They suddenly stopped receiving any email in their Outlook (New) client. I tried many different things to get it working with no success. Tried setting it up on my personal computer as well and again, no success. Attempting to setup the account fails and the troubleshooting button gives the error code mentioned previously: INVALIDCREDENTIALS TEMPORARILYUNAVAILABLE
I tried the spectrum web mail application and was able to login their successfully. I also tried in Thunderbird and it was able to connect and login successfully. In the end I switched my parents over to using Thunderbird for their email rather than the new outlook.
