IMAP is not working now that Spectrum.net has eliminated the webmail access. They say it is a Microsoft problem.

Thank you. I am on a PC and don't find the same pattern available. Still refuses to add spectrum email.

Just thought I'd chime in. Working with Outlook 365 Classic on a Windows 11 computer.

1. Open Control Panel (easiest way to find it is to click the start button and just type control)
2. In Control Panel open MAIL
3. Click Email Accounts
4. Select the account you need to work with, and click 'Change'
5. I changed the outgoing mail server to smtp instead of mobile, and under More Settings, then Advanced, change it to port 25.
6. Had it try "Test Account Settings" which failed.
7. I then switched back to mobile and the port to 587

And it worked... at least for now.

I finally got it to work. It’s not compatible with new outlook. Change it back to classic log out and back in. If it doesn’t work let me know, I did change a few other things to keep Microsoft outlook new from launching but not sure that was needed.

I just stopped using Outlook because no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to accept my twc email account. Mailspring works. I had to change the ports to the correct numbers and use the pop servers, but at least it's better than the webmail.
