I can't log in to my hotmail.com or Outlook email account

Hi,I can't log in to my hotmail.com email account and I am getting this error as depicted in picture below. I also tried from Android and iPhone outlook apps, but it is not opening from there too. Can someone help me?

    same for me , panic soon, needs to be solved now. I thought it was just mine and try to log on and they say that the password is wrong and then error code 401

    Please, I have the same error and just with hotmail.it. I have also accounts with hotmail.com and live.it.

    The problem is just with hotmail.it and it is a huge problem because that's my official account for work and the rest.

    It's not possible open it from any device.

    They ask me at the very beginning the telefone number for more security, but after that, I cannot login in any way.
